I’m Lori Reeves and I’ve been helping freelancers build their businesses since 2013.
My Qualifications
I’ve been a freelance web designer since 2013, and quickly thereafter realized that I also loved copywriting. In addition to winning awards for my web design, I am a Certified Copywriter through the Ray Edwards International Corporation. Having built a freelance business myself, I know what it’s like to be in the trenches. And how to climb your way out of them.
My Business Dreams
I’ve always felt that I was made to make a difference. At the beginning of my freelance career, I struggled and failed {a lot}. I vowed early on that, once I figured out how to be successful, I was going to share what I had learned with others who had dreams like mine.
I would someday love to turn BrandStrength into a corporation that trains business coaches who help freelancers kill it on the reg.
A Peek into My Personal Life
I’m a single mom to a teenage boy, who is my everything. I love a good karaoke night, laughing until my stomach hurts, and day-dreaming of far-away travels and new adventures (due to a healthy – or maybe unhealthy – dose of wanderlust).
I’m a professional part-time musician and the gig I have has given me the enviable privilege of traveling the world and having experiences my younger self would have never believed were possible.
To say I consider myself and my life blessed is quite possibly the understatement of the century.
I was having trouble finding my target audience before I met Lori. The advice she gave me was thoughtful, insightful and non-judgmental. She also gave me ideas that will help me connect with my ideal customer later on when I create new content.
